2024 Graduation

Commencement for the 2023-2024 Academic Year will occur on May 11, 2024. Dress Rehearsal will be on May 10, 2024.

Early in the spring semester, graduation status information will be emailed to the students who have applied for graduation. Additionally, information on clearance for graduation, regalia, rehearsal, and the commencement ceremony will be emailed by the registrar as it is made available.

Graduation Application

Students desiring to graduate in May 2024 must submit a Graduation Application and Fee by December 14, 2023, to the Student Accounts Office. Students must submit completed graduation application forms to the Registrar Assistant after making payment. Graduation Applications submitted after the due date will be assessed an $85 Late Fee. No Graduation Applications will be accepted after January 31, 2024.

Graduation applications are available in the Registrar’s Office or can be downloaded on the Student Forms page.

Federal Student Loans Exit Counseling

If you have ever received a federal student loan, you are required to complete Exit Counseling on the NSLDS website. After completing the exit counseling, please schedule an appointment with the Director of Financial Aid.

Final Grades

Instructors are required to submit final grades for graduating students by April 28, 2024. Please touch base with your instructors at the beginning of the semester concerning due dates for your coursework.
